Michael M. Stark, Chief Executive Officer and President, has held executive positions at a variety of companies and has been in the water, environmental and specialty chemical industry since 1965. He began his career with Calgon and Calgon Adsorption Systems and served as the senior executive of Laporte America, Inc.; OMI (a CH2MHill company); Tetra Technologies; and Mobley Environmental Services. He was President of USFilter Operating Services and became President and CEO of its successor, Veolia Water North America (1997-2005), a water services company. He later joined Basin Water to help turn the business around after its IPO, and became President and CEO (2008-2009). Mr. Stark holds a B.S. in Biology from Marietta College.

Richard A. Reese, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President, has held business development, marketing and general manager positions in environmental and water services companies through two decades including management roles driving organic growth, service and product line expansion, operations improvement and external growth via acquisition. He began his career in the offshore energy industry as an engineer for R.J. Brown and Associates of America and J.P. Kenny Offshore Engineering. He entered the environmental industry in 1990 as an Operations Manager for Browning Ferris Waste Management Systems, Inc., joined Mobley Environmental Services, Inc. serving in Business Development and Regional Vice President roles, and later served as General Manager of the Recovery Services Southwest business unit of USFilter Corporation following the sale of Mobley’s assets to USFilter. From 2000 to 2007, he served as Vice President, Customer Service & Satisfaction, for USFilter, as Senior Vice President of Marketing for the Services Group of USFilter/Veolia Water and as General Manager of Aftermarket for Siemens Water Technologies. He joined Basin Water in late 2007 and participated in turn-around efforts. Richard holds a B.S. in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Texas.

George Rollins, Vice President of Finance and Administration, is responsible for financial analysis, project pricing, cash management, information technology and general accounting, and has more than 20 years of financial management and administration experience in the water and wastewater industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Commerce from the University of Houston and is a Certified Management Accountant. |

Dave Enegess, P.E., Vice President of Envirogen's East Region, has more than 30 years of experience in process engineering, project management and business management with a variety of federal, municipal and industrial projects. His areas of expertise include groundwater treatment, wastewater treatment, air pollution control systems and soil remediation. He holds Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in chemical engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in Connecticut and Michigan. |

Rob Loken is the Vice President of Envirogen’s Great Lakes Region and is responsible for driving the product development of Envirogen’s Service Exchange/Small Systems business line, which serves both municipal and industrial markets. Todd Webster, Ph.D., P.E., is the Vice President of the West Region, responsible for the management of sales and operations of the 11-state region. He brings more than 18 years of experience in all aspects of biological treatment system design, installation and operation. He currently manages the air, potable water and wastewater biological treatment technologies for the western United States. He earned his Ph.D. and Masters of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering and his Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, and is a registered Professional Engineer in California. |

Bob Stark is the Vice Presient of our South Region and oversees the company's sales and service operations for the nine-state region, which includes Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia and Florida. He also serves as the Director of Industrial Business Development, responsible for building the company’s service businesses in the industrial market. Bob has been in the environmental services arena for 15 years and has extensive experience in developing successful long-term service projects in the chemical and refining sectors. These projects range from simply treating waste streams to meeting specific treatment objectives to the recovery of valuable byproducts from these waste streams. Mr. Stark graduated from Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio, and earned his degree in Business Management and Marketing. |

Jeff Lambeth is Envirogen’s Director of Operations, responsible for providing service and support for Envirogen’s projects nationwide. He has more than 28 years of experience in the water industry, working in all areas of operations, maintenance and management of municipal and industrial water treatment, wastewater treatment and collection facilities. Mr. Lambeth has a Master’s degree in Environmental Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Management, an Associate’s degree in Water Science Technology and holds water and wastewater operator certifications in California, Nevada, Oklahoma, Arizona and New Mexico. |

Sam Frisch, Director of Process Engineering, is responsible for design, quality control and commissioning of hazardous waste treatment systems. He also provides support to technology development staff in design of bench-scale systems, development of standard operating procedures and optimization of equipment performance. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and brings more than 32 years of experience in process engineering and project management. |
