Fluidized Bed Reactor (FBR): Envirogen has numerous installations across the United States where our FBR technology is providing groundwater treatment solutions for energy companies. The FBR is often the most economical treatment choice.

• Performance: FBR systems handle high flows at low cost, with typical treatment efficiencies of 99 percent or higher.
• Contaminants: Treats chemicals, aromatics, alcohols, ketones, chlorinated solvents, PAHs, hydrocarbons, or BTEX.
• Scale: Successfully operated at ranges from 5 to 6,000 GPM, yielding high performance paired with low capital and operating costs.

Advanced Metals Removal System (AMRS): The AMRS relies on select Zero Valent Iron media to comply with stringent wastewater discharge permit limits. • Ion Exchange (IX): We have extensive experience with high-performing ion exchange (IX) technology in treating groundwater, as well as traditional pump and treat installations.

Proprietary and patented technologies for purifying process streams yield operational improvements while meeting environmental and financial goals.

• Materials Recovery: Envirogen has specialized expertise in waste minimization and materials recovery. Our Ion Exchange systems can be applied for recovery of amines, organic compounds, metals (Pt, Pd, Au, Ag), and catalysts (including molybdenum and cobalt).
• Purification & Catalyst Recovery: We develop product purification, product recovery, and catalyst (metals) recovery processes. Capabilities include removal of constituents from process liquids, such as alcohols, non-polar and polar organic solvents, glycols, and alkanolamines.

Our sustainable emissions control offering uses biological treatment technology for managing VOCs, HAPs, and odor.

• Low Operating Costs: Our solutions are among the greenest technologies on the market. They feature very low long-term operating costs, reducing chemical and energy consumption, and can lower your carbon footprint.
• Biofiltration Systems: We offer biofilters, biotrickling filters, and combinations thereof. They are extremely effective in treating odors caused by hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) (with greater than 99% removal common).
• Performance: Removal ratios in excess of 95% for water-soluble compounds and 90% for BTEX and similar compounds are readily achievable.
